
In our kitchen we like to have some fun by being creative! Making different assortments of our most famous truffles by utilizing several different decorating techniques and coatings. Different flavors may in the future be also incorporated into the mix such as: a coffee mocha truffle, or a candy cane chocolate truffle are to name a few.
For each holiday we work on a decorating theme for truffle gift giving. In the up and coming months we will be working on making truffle decorations for the month of February.
We are also currently working on formulating a chocolate truffle recipe for people who cannot eat dairy products. We know first hand how choices are limited for people with dietary restrictions. We are presently formulating chocolate truffle recipes that are not only dairy free, but also gluten, nut, and soy fee too!
“Come Over To The Dark Side” is the next line of chocolates that we are busy creating. If you guessed it’s formulating and working with all “dark” chocolate, you are right!
