1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup white creme de menthe

In a bowl combine 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of cocoa, and salt. Stir together, set aside. In a chilled mixing bowl whip heavy cream until soft peaks start forming. Slowly add cocoa / sugar mixture. Beat cream on medium high until cream gets thicker (do not over whip). Turn mixer on slow and slowly add vanilla and 1/4 cup (choice of liqueur)
*If desired you can choose to use a flavored liqueur such as creme de menthe or kahlua coffee liqueur or none.
