How To Decorate That is compilation of my own creative projects. Many have to do with baking as I do have a culinary side that likes to be creative especially with desserts. My knowledge comes from 4 years of culinary schooling plus working 20 plus years in the industry. I love working with chocolate and making things with it. My chocolate truffles are one of my most coveted and requested dessert. Decorating European cakes is another passion of mine, as I think they taste incredible and we really do not see a lot of this type of very classy elegant cakes in the United States. The cake layers are usually laced with liquor, filled with a scrumptious filling such as chocolate mouse, and Creatively Artfully Decorated!
Now the other side of How To Decorate That has to do with home projects (we) have under taken at home. I have to say “we” because if it was not for my son and some help from other family members. I by myself would not have been able to do most of the projects. I’m basically the one with the idea, but for the majority of the time my son implements that idea. He does a lot of the hard grunt work stuff that I don’t know how (or want to do) like using saws for cutting tile or wood. However, that being said I have troweled and laid my own tile in our bathroom and kitchen. I have also been up on our roof doing a repair. Most if not all of our “home” projects have been firsts for us. I get an an idea and with some planning and preparation we just do it. Of course there have been some mistakes along the way and sometimes I wish I would have done things a little different. But, you learn for the next time and with that we can give tips or suggestions for someone else that is going to be trying a project too.
I would not be able to post videos or edit them, or get some really nice professional photos if it were not for my son either. He has quite an interest in camera and video making. He is my camera man and several videos were made while he was attending film school. Thank You Marcel for all your help!
